5 Tips to Creating a Community of Wellness

What does your enviornment have you being ? Are you surrounded by wellbeing and joy, or let downs and dissappointment. Really , it's up to you to choose how your community is showing up in your life for you. Does your community call for you to be on top of your game, feeling great or is it draining, are gatherings about drama and drinking. Time to get responsible for your life and make this the year, THE YEAR to create a community of wellness and have a breakthough in every area of your life. Who we hang out with has a profound effect on who we are and are becoming. Here's 5 simple tips to get you off your seat and back in the game:
1. ENROLL IN A CLASS; What do you enjoy ? LOOK for local community programs, herb walks, zumba, music or dance classes and choose something that will bring wellness into your life. Write the class time in your schedule and go with the intention of creating a community of wellness.
2. GET AN ACOUNTABILITY PARTNER; Find someone you admire who is creating health and wellness in their life and ask if you can have a call every week to talk about transformations in wellness. Every week commit to a new action and be accountable for it. Make it real by writing it in your calender.
3. RECORD YOUR PROGRESS; Keep track of how you and your community are doing with a sharable on-line fittness program like my fittness pal

4. JOIN A FITTNESS GROUP; Your goal is to create a community of wellness for yourself, so who better to hang around with then other people who value fittness. There are running groups, dragon boaters, boot camps and sunday soccor teams. Joining a group will have you surrounded by new actions, and new friends. I have friends who say that jopining a group was the best thing they have done for themselves in a long time.
5.
